Author: Noah Goetzel

Hi, I’m Noah Goetzel and my goal in life is to help bring health, happiness, and humor to everyone around me. Eating, drinking, walking, talking—these are among the most basic life skills that we learn at birth. Yet, toddlers aren’t the only ones struggling to perform these seemingly simple tasks. Poor diet, physical activity, relaxation, and alcohol consumption habits among adults contribute to many of the United Stats’ most pressing chronic diseases and mental health concerns. Right now, I’m learning strategies to reduce the burden of these ailments using creative storytelling as a first-year Master of Public Health student at the Columbia University in New York City. I’ve been working in the health and fitness sphere for 5 years since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with journalism and film majors. I joined The MindReset to help connect unique individuals working to achieve their optimal with quality of life. I’m working to help TMR community members share best practices and work through obstacles impacting their well-being.
